Fear of making the wrong move keeps you from making any move at all. 2. You Say Yes When You Mean No You put everyone else’s needs first and end up drained, frustrated, and resentful. This comes from fear of rejection or disappointing others. 3. You Compare Yourself to Everyone Else Scrolling through social media leaves you feeling like you’re behind. But your path is unique comparison only steals your joy. 4. You Believe There’s Never Enough Whether it’s money, time, or opportunities, you live in scarcity mode. This belief makes you settle instead of reaching for more. 5. You Avoid Taking Risks You stick to your comfort zone, even when it no longer serves you.
